Group by email address rather than by display name in 2003

Outlook 2003 groups my inbox and sent items by display name rather than
email address. This means that I have several separate sections for
emails I have sent to / recieved from the same email address! This is
a pain and makes searching for past emails difficult.

you'll need to use a custom form that exposed the actual email address - you
