Group By

Hi,

I have a small issue with the ‘Group By’ function. I would like to provide a
view of the project to the client that shows the project lifecycle and groups
the tasks accordingly.

I have a value list in a text field that reads:

Concept
Design
Production
Closure

It displays the list by row number, but when I group the tasks it looks like
this:

Closure
Concept
Design
Production

I know I could bypass this issue by prefixing each stage with Phase 1/2/3/4,
but is there a trick I’m missing which means I don’t have to use a work round?

I'm using 2k3 Pro SP2.

I've prefixed the names in the past... Never found a better way.
