Hands free outlook?

Howdy - I am wondering if there is a software program that I can use to have
my computer read my mails to me. I have tried searching... errrr uhmm I mean
binging for something and couldn't really find anything. Ideally I would like
to be able to find a program that would allow me to read and respond to email
via voice. top be clear, I don't want to send voice files (MP3 or WAV) I am
looking for something that will allow my computer to read to my emails to me,
and something that I could then dictate emails back to my computer with.

Does such a program exist, or am I pushing the envelope here?

That is just an example. I've never used it but heard it mentioned
before. I'm sure that are competing products.

If you are looking for something free, ask in the alt.comp.freeware
newsgroup. Just make sure that any recommendations there are for
products that you can use in a business (since that sounds like where
you want to use it).

Most current versions of Windows have speech features built-in. It can read
to you and accept speech input. You can also purchase things like Dragon
