have email messages remain on comcast.net after open outlook

My email is through comcast. I have my computer set up so that when I open
Microsoft OUtlook my messages flow in which is great. However, I'd like to
have messages remain on comcast even after flowing in so that when I'm at
work or on my portable that I can still access my email messages. How can I
do this?
