Have XML document but don't know what to do with it

I'm not a programmer. I use FrontPage 2002, and would like to figure out how
I can provide RSS for one of my pages. I found a Web site that allowed me to
create the code, but I don't know what to do with the code.

Please tell me exactly where I should paste the code. Inside the body tag?
Is it something I need to do before I paste it?

Also, does FrontPage 2003 or upcoming version make all this easy?
