having hyperlinks in a PDF print

G Brown

I have hyperlinks and footnotes in my Word 2000 document.
I'm printing to 6.0 and its Distiller, but the hyperlinks
(and possibly links made by the footnotes) don't remain.
How can I get them to? Thanks!

Hi G,

Although strictly speaking this is not a Word question... I will give it a
shot!

From the Adobe PDF menu, select "Change conversion settings";
Select the "Word" tab;
Is "Convert footnote and endnotes links" checked?;
Check it if it isn't.

Did this make the difference?
Also make sure that the "Add links to Adobe PDF" is checked ("Settings" tab)

Are you compiling the PDF via the Adobe Acrobat add-in?
