Hellp: Desktop Shortcut to specific Outlook Profile

Help:

I know that I can set Outlook to prompt me for a specific profile at
start-up, but is there a way to create a shortcut (as in, a shortcut icon on
the desktop, for instance) to start outlook with a specific profile (what I
want is to have several shortcuts, each one to a different profile)? Thanks
for any suggestions.
