Help Hyperlinks don't work

If we click on a hyperlink in the Help window that simply
pops up a tip or information, it does not work.
Hyperlinks that take us to another Help window work. Any
ideas on what causes this? This is Office 2000.

Hi Bonnie,

There was a security update for Office 2000 that
disabled the 'how to' feature in Office help.

You can, at your risk, 'undo' that update by
replacing the file in use with the one from your
original CD.
