HELP! i deleted something i shouldn't have

Does any one know how to recover deleted items in
outlook? I've already deleted it from my deleted items
folder. I tried to recover the email from the deleted
items folder but I deleted it in February, so it's not
there anymore.

Any other suggestions would be GREAT! I stayed at a hotel
in March and I booked it online.....the hotel charged me
DOUBLE and the only record I have is in the email that
I've deleted!!!

POP/IMAP or Exchange account? If Exchange, you can try asking your network
folks to see if the can do a restore of your mailbox that far back. As for
the POP/IMAP that stores the items in a Personal folders file, its gone.
