HELP Needed for Activation!!

Please help, I need phone numbers to call for activation of Microsoft office
2003.
I have an SBS2003 server environment with licenses for outlook 2003 AND I
have office Professional installed on the workstations ANOTHER outlook 2003
license. I'm getting prompted for activation, when I try to activate over
the internet it fails and says I'm over my activation limit, when I try to
activate by telephone the activation dialog box closes and takes me back to
the non-functional application. (outlook, word, excel, etc.)
I can't call the activation numbers because I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE??? I
cannot locate them anywhere on MS site it just explain the process I've
already done which doesn't work.
Please if you have an answer or a phone number let me know what to try I'm
at wit's end.
