Greetings,
I have two machines with the same outlook email. How can I selectively move
email from ome machine to the other? Contacts also.

Place the items you want to move in a seperate PST file (you can create a
new one with the File menu > New > Outlook Data File). Drag & drop the items
into that file, copy that file to the other machine, open it and drag/drop
the items into the folders you want
