help, please!

OOP

I have a form with a drop-down list (populated from a
database, it only shows one field of the database)I need
to add a button to that form so that once selected a
record in the drop down list it brings up a new document
(asp of course) with the rest of the information for that
record.
Thanks in advance, I'm desperate!
