Help restoring deleted Outlook mail folder

The folder is NOT in a recycle bin. Is it possible to reset the computer's date to a prior one and have the folder reappear

Please provide the version of Microsoft Outlook, type of mail account (pop3,
Exchange, imap, etc.) and operating system.

You can't simply change the computer's date, that won't change what's on it
and what isn't.

If you're using XP, you can try system recovery but there may be other
alternatives.

No. State your Outlook version and exactly how you deleted the folder. Which
folder? Also state whether you're using an Exchange maillbox or a PST.
