Help with installation

I am having problems with my computer. I recently had
computer wiped clean due to virus problem. Now I am
trying to reinstall all my previous applications and the
only one that I can not get to work is the Microsoft
Office application. When I insert disk, all that comes up
is the "Preparing to Install" and then that goes away and
nothing further happens. Can you suggest anything?

1. Defrag your hard disk.
2. Turn off your Antivirus during the installation.
3. Reboot so you have a fresh session to try installing.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
