ok the hover buttons with FP are nice but not that nice.
i created my own buttons trying two different ways. i
wade an auto shape and added text, then i made an auto
shape and drew a transparent text box on top of it.
here's where the problem starts. my pages all have a
header frame with the row of link buttons in it. the
button with the name of the active page is colored
differently. the links are set to open target
frame "whole page". when the text portion of the button,
both styles i created, is clicked it works properly and
the whole main page goes away and the whole new page
opens. however when the object/autoshape portion of the
button is clicked, outside the text, the link opens the
whole new page in the header of the main pages frame, and
leaves the main body alone. so i see the header of the
new page, and the body of the main page. this has been
bugging me, since the only difference is where on the
object you clicked. it also worked like this when i tried
grouping the text box with the autoshape. please help.
