Help with loggin in on new computer

I have a new Vista machine and transferred all files from my other Vista
machine. I installed Office Enterprise on the new machine.
When I open Groove it asks me for my password which I forgot.
I sent the grv account to the new computer. When I open it I get the same
window asking for my password.
How do I get past this window. Can a see my password on my other machine?
Help!!

You have to have the password for Groove in order to log into it.
