help with the received message..

I cannto receive message by means of outlook, because after receiving,
outlook lost my emails. I explain, outlook receive the message by means of
my account pop3, but lost in somewhere. Can you help me?

What version of Outlook do you have? How do you know that you are receiving
messages? Do you see them in your Inbox and then they disappear, or do you
never see them in your Inbox?
