Help with Time variane

I am a resource manager and I am trying to show the actual hours worked
verses the forcasted.

Unfortanatly I can not do this. I need to do this so i can run reports that
show the variance. I also want to show the percentage total a reousrce is
allocated even if they are different task ( i want a total by resource)

To show actual against forecasted you first need to save a baseline (Tools,
Tracking, Save Baseline). Now all the variance columns show differences as
you track your schedule.

Have you used the Resource Usage View? Using Format, details you can show
Baseline hours and cost as well
