Help with Window size in "open office document"

All of a sudden, the dialogue box "open office document" is full screen
instead of a smaller window. I've searched "annoyances", help with registry
and can't find any way to change the default size. Any help will be greatly
appreciated. It would be fantastic if you know the answer and would email it
directly to me at (e-mail address removed). Thanks

Hi, Pickos. Click on File | Open, and double-click the title bar of the
"Open" dialog box (the title bar is the colored bar at the top of the screen
where it says "Open").
