project due on tuesday!

my printer has a colour ink cartridge but anytime i try to print somthing red/purple/orange it only prints in yellow or blue or green! whats happened? i really need info quick as i have to turn in a project on tuesday!

Did you try changing the cartridge? Sounds like a color is out and it's choosing an alternate.
