Problem printing in color

I have a document with some blue text, and a graphic with both blue and red
lines in it. The document is only printing the red line in color. All blue
items in the document are printing as black. It is not the cartridges...they
are new, AND the same thing is happening on two different printers.

If you create a PDF and print that file, then does it work?
