I am still on Windows 98 using Outlook 98. My connection
is through a LAN. All of a sudden, after having received
my daily emails, I couldn't send my messages. I still
receive a message error. My cable provider told me to
reinstall Outlook 98 which I did but this does not seem to
help. What can I do ?
