Hidden .pst file

I have a user whose .pst is hidden. I went under the
properties of this file and at the bottom of the page
under attributes the hidden box is check and its subdued
out where you can't uncheck the box. I need to find a way
to uncheck the hidden box so when I'm running a back up it
will find this .pst
