hidden text on body, seen on preview pane

some days ago I'm receiving some replies from a sender using Iplanet
messenger service, I use exchange server and outlook 2003, when I open those
emails I know there are some hidden text, this text is seen when I enable
preview pane, but I can't find any way to read this text opening it in a new
window.
