Hide a pop-up form

Hello,

I have a form call "Unassigned", which needs to automataclly opens up a
pop-up form call "Auditors count". What I want to do is to to hide the
pop-up form when opening Unassigned form. The user can tigger the Auditors
count form by a command button. Yes, I do need to have the pop-up open when
opening the Unassigned form. So, how can I do this? Thank you in advance.
