Hide button does not appear in Project Web Access

Hi,

We are using EPM 2003 in our organization. I have a problem. The Hide Button
for hiding the tasks in PWA does not seem to appear even after giving the
permission to all resources. Even as an administrator, I am unable to see
that button in the PWA. Can you let me know how to enable the same.
