hide closed projects but still want appears at Portfolio Analyzer

Hi, is there anyone know how to hide the closed projects from Tasks page and
Projects Center.
But in the Portfolio Analyzer, we still want to get the actual work data for
these closed projects.

can you give me step-by-step explanation to setup that ??
I think this is the general question for other users, because it will
prevent the resources to input their actual work through timesheet
especially for the closed projects.
