Hide toolbar

Hello :

We are using MS Project2003/Project Server. We need to gray/hide the
Tracking toolbar since we are creating a Custom Project Guide and we want the
PMs to use Baseline functions only thru this Guide.
Any ideas on how this can be done?
Also, any ideas on how to hide Tools-->Tracking Menu?

I don't think this is possible, but you might like to try posting on the
