Is there a way to check and see if a second access app is open and if it is,
minimize it to the titlebar during startup and at closure of another
application?
Hope this doesn't confuse anyone!!!
I have an application that I use kinda as a server messenger and also as a
shutdown scheduler of my pc.
It is set so that when a specified time at the end of the day(different
intervals for the weekend), or when I need to do a reboot, I get it to post
to the current users of a different application that uses my pc for the
backend data, that my pc is getting ready to do a backup and shutdown or
just a reboot at a specific time. The user has 10 minutes to complete what
he or she is doing before I close their application(code from within the
front-end application detects this and shuts down the end-users front-end).
What I have now when I launch a second application(since the
scheduler/messenger is opened at startup of my pc), I see the
scheduler/messenger on my desktop and when I close it, it stays minimized on
the desktop. I keep it minimized to the titlebar in case I need to do a
reboot.
Is there a way to keep it minimized when a second app closes and opens?
Thanks,
David
