Highlights and text in office and msexplr

Highlighted text does not show up in word or excel. Prints ok but not
visible on screen. Also, web colors and text formats do not show up properly
with MSexplorer but they look fine with Mozilla Firefox. Any ideas for how to
fix this problem?
