How can I add a different aspect ratio in Picture Manager ?

I'm trying to add a different aspect ratio in Picture Manager such as 10 x 15
so that is not listed

Unfortunately the Powerpoint folks who designed MS Picture Manager have decided not to allow custom sizing. If that ratio happens
to be the same as your original picture then if you type in one of those numbers the Picture Manager will 'feed back' the other one
as an acceptable one.
