Sorry. How can I copy my old outlook contacts from a saved cd of outlook to
my new outlook in the computer. It is asking me for a password.

Did you copy the PST from the CD to your hard drive and remove the read-only
attribute? If so, and you're being prompted for a password when you never
defined one, you have a corrupted PST, most likely caused by copying it to
the CD while Outlook was opened, although there is anecdotal evidence that
some burning software doesn't deal well with PSTs.

If you're using an ANSI PST (pre-Outlook 2003), this tool may help:
