How can I count the rows in a table?

I've set up a table that I'm using to track names and addresses for mailings.
When the table was small, it was easy to manually count the number of rows
(and thus the number of names and addresses). As the table has grown, this
has become more difficult. I would like to display the number of rows I have
in the table automatically. Does anyone know how this could be done?

I'm using Word XP.
