How can I create Hyperlinked text...

I'm not advanced, but have the "assignment" to make text that will appear
just like the green text that shows up in MS Office Help when you click on a
single word (that gets defined when the green text appears). If you reclick
the single word, the green text that appeared goes away. Thanks.
