how can i delete blocked text without answering yes or no

a while back i changed a setting that allowed me to delete a block of text
without having to answer the question: delete block? no (yes)

somehow its back and I cannot figure out where i found it...

Tools | Options | General: Clear the check boxes for both items that refer
to WordPerfect.
