How can I delete C:\Windows\pcdlib32.dll?

I have changed HD's and I am not using Office97 anylonger. When I try
installing my camera software, I get and Error Occurred During The Move
Process: -115
Component: Windows, File Group: Windows, File C:\Windows\pcdlib32.dll

How can I install my new software?

I don't have a copy of My Office97 software.

What can I do?
