how can i delete dublicated e mails from ms outlook?

when my internet connection interrupts, outlook starts to download e mails
from first mail again. so i have lots of dublicated e mails. (from same
sender/subject/date/time/size/etc)
How can i remove dublicated e mails and keep just one copy of them?
