How can i delete extra lines for printing a book?

i want to print out a book but the formatting is terrible. there are several
blank lines on each page. i would go through and delete them but its like 200
pages...

Well... depending on your formatting (I usually have my After spacing set to
12 points, so I only have to use a single paragraph mark to double-space
between paragraphs)... you could do a Find/Replace where you change:

Find what:^p^p

to

Replace with:^p

That is... change every all occurrences of two consecutive paragraph marks
to just one.

Or, if you are using blank paragraphs to achieve between-paragraph spacing,
you could try:

Find what:^p^p^p

Replace with:^p^p
