how can i download offce SP without publisher disk?

Each time I have attempted to download the latest service pack for office, it
has asked for the publisher disk which i no longer have. Is there a way
around this?

Get a new Publisher disc.

Scroll down to the bottom of the download page, there is an option to download
if you don't have the disk.
