how can I DYNAMICALLY link visio organizational chart to excel da.

meaning that when I change the excel data source the visio organizational
chart will automatically reflects the change.

currently using the visio organizational chart wizard I can point to the
excel data source, for importing information to begin with, but later on when
I am updating the excel data source I have used the visio organizational
chart doesn't get updated, unless I am starting the whole organizational
chart creation from the begining, importing this file again, etc.
