How can I get all of my newsgroup messages to appear in Outlook Express...

With their responses. I have to manually click on the "+" sign to see the
responses therefore not realizing the question has been answered.

If there is a plus, then there are replies. To expand them automatically,
check the box for "Automatically expand grouped messages" on the Read tab of
Tools | Options in OE.
