How can I get back deleted informations?

wrongly I saved some informations above that what I want so I dont know how
to get back the old informations, and please I am in hurry

If you saved a new document with the same name as an existing document, then
your only chance is if you had the automatically create back up copies box
checked under Tools>Options>Save.

If you just copied some text over the wanted text in the one document AND
you have not closed the document, click on the UNDO button.
