How can I get Juno to work after installing Anti-spyware Software

I downloaded Microsoft Anti-spyware Software. I can still use my cable
internet connection, but it seems to have disabled my Juno account.

Grandma,
You have posted in a newsgroup that deal with Microsoft Project. I
suggest you find a more appropriate newsgroup - perhaps there is one
dealing with the particular anti-spyware application you installed or
even a general Windows newsgroup might work.
