Click Slide Show > Set Up show.
Select Loop continuously until 'Esc'.

Go to Slide show - set up show - on your left in the dialogue box you will
have an option to repeat your presentation until you press escape. If you
want it to run automatically, without clicking that is, apply a transition
timing in the transition task pane and you are set.
