How can I have a user select an Excel cell from a Windows form?

I have an existing Windows Forms application (VB 2008) and I want to have the
application open an Excel (2007) spreadsheet, have the user select some cells
(preferably with the context menu), and return references to the selected
cells. I've written an Excel add-in to customize the context menu to allow
the user to select the cells, but I can't figure out how to link that to my
Windows app. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
