how can I i "read only" certain pages?

I have a PowerPoint presentation that I share with others. Everything should
stay the same on it every month but somehow someone ends up changing colors,
font..... Is there any way that I can "read only" everything & only the data
that changes every month be changed?

Complete yuur slide, save it as an image, and then use that image as the
background for a new slide.
