I'm afraid that is not possible :-(
The only workaround is to collect this input from an other file/system and
program a copy into your file.

This facility is not available in Project. It has to be a matter of
education and discipline. However, you can always recover errors from your
backup copies of your projects (you do have backups don't you?).
