I'm updating a spec at work and it requires major overhauling. It was
originally written in word but it requires re-formatting. As I update the
document with more text, I have to update the table of contents with new
section numbering and new page numbering. Is there a way to link the section
numbering and page numbering to what's displayed in the table of contents??
