PowerPoint version? Always include that information on future posts please.

PPT 2003 or earlier, right click picture. Click Action settings, In window
that opens lick Hyperlink to: and then change Next Slide to whatever slide
you want to go to.

For PPT 2007, make sure you are in normal view, click Insert tab on ribbon.
Click Action in the Links group and then follow the instructions for PPT
2003 or earlier.
