How can I make Office quit asking for a user name and initials?

I help run some computer labs for an Engineering department and every time a
user wants to use Office it always has to do a short install and asks for a
user name and initials to use. The users do not have write rights to the
local hard drives. We have workstations running Windows XP and the server
has Windows 2000 Server.
